Meal planning in Vero
Personalized meal planner
Tell us your goal and preferences, then continue in Vero — an AI health assistant that can build personalized meal plans next to your nutrition log, labs, and Apple Health context.
Why plans finish in the app
Vero's personalized meal planner starts with your goal, eating style, and foods to avoid, then finishes as a generated meal plan inside the Vero app rather than on this webpage. This page is where you set your starting preferences; the plan itself is generated and refined once you're in Vero, where those preferences sit alongside anything else you've logged.
How personalization works
A personalized meal planner works from a short sequence of inputs, in this order: select a health goal and eating preferences, record allergies or foods to avoid and confirm them in your Vero profile, generate and refine the meal plan in the app, and log meals — including by photo — so nutrition stays alongside your other health information. Stated goals and preferences directly shape the plan; optional lab or wearable context, when you choose to share it, informs related conversations rather than replacing those direct inputs.
Can lab results inform meal-planning questions?
Meal planning based on biomarkers works as optional context, not as a standalone diet instruction: an uploaded lab value on its own does not tell Vero what to put on your plate. Values, units, reference ranges, medications, your stated goals, and clinician guidance all affect what's appropriate, so a single biomarker is never treated as a prescription. The supported workflow is to upload and verify a report, save your goals and preferences, generate a plan in Vero, and then ask educational follow-up questions with that lab context available. Vero does not provide medical nutrition therapy and does not replace a clinician or registered dietitian for a prescribed diet.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a free meal plan generator?
Vero's personalized meal planner is free to download, and nutrition logging and meal plans are available on the free tier today; verify current access in the app or the App Store since availability can change. This webpage helps you set your starting goal and preferences, but the plan itself is generated in the app once you continue there.
How is Vero different from a calorie tracker meal planner?
Vero combines meal planning and nutrition logging with saved health information. Goals and preferences help shape plans; uploaded labs, medications and supported Apple Health data can provide optional context for related educational conversations.
Can I get an AI meal plan for weight loss or muscle gain?
Yes — choose a goal on this form and complete the plan in Vero. The app can tailor ideas to the goal and preferences you set, and you can refine with chat. It is educational nutrition support, not a medical diet prescription.
Does the web form generate a full week of meals here?
No. Full meal-plan generation runs in the Vero app, where your saved preferences and health context already live. Use this form to think through your starting preferences. The App Store link does not transfer them; enter them in the app before generating a plan.
What if I have allergies or a medical diet?
Note allergies or foods to avoid in the form, then confirm them in your Vero profile. For medical diets (e.g. kidney disease, diabetes meal plans ordered by a clinician), follow your care team’s guidance — Vero is educational, not a substitute for a registered dietitian or doctor.
Educational nutrition support only. Meal plans from Vero are not medical nutrition therapy. If you have a condition that requires a prescribed diet, work with your clinician or a registered dietitian.
